this is for those who are ready to go inward — whether you've been doing breathwork for a while or you're coming to it for the first time privately. what matters is that you feel drawn to it and ready to show up.

sessions are 75–90 minutes, in person in oslo or online.

the practice

the breathwork i facilitate is an active, body-led practice using a continuous three-part breathing rhythm, both inhale and exhale through the mouth, sustained over time. this way of breathing gently moves you out of analytical thinking and into direct bodily experience.

rather than trying to figure things out, the breath allows sensation, emotion and stored tension to surface naturally at a pace guided by your own system. nothing is forced. the focus is emotional awareness and release.

what happens

before we meet i read through your application and get in touch to set a time. i'll send you a few notes on how to prepare, loose comfortable clothing, a journal if you like, and some time set aside afterwards to rest.

if you're coming in person, i have blankets, pillows and tea. you don't need to bring anything. come a few minutes early.

when you arrive we sit down together. i share my perspective on where we might go, ask anything i still need to know, and when you feel ready we begin with some grounding before moving into the breathwork journey. the session is fully tailored to where you are that day, the intention, the music, the pace.

at the end i guide you out, we ground again, and we talk about what you experienced and how you move forward. i follow up with you afterwards.
