workdays are full. decisions, conversations, deadlines, constant input. over time that takes a toll on focus, energy and how people show up with each other.

breathwork offers a practical pause — not a lecture, not a workshop to sit through, but something people actually do together. a guided session using the breath to reset the nervous system and return to the rest of the day with more clarity.

sessions are 45–90 minutes, on-site in oslo, and suitable for groups of 10–40. i tailor each session to the group and context.
