For Online Breathwork Workshops with Ingunn Ytterhus

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that may influence your physical, emotional, and mental state. It can lead to sensations such as tingling, tightness, emotional release, shifts in awareness, or unexpected emotional material. Experiences vary from person to person.

By booking or purchasing this workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to consent to participate.

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

You understand that breathwork may evoke physical sensations and emotional responses, including intense or unexpected experiences. You choose to participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

You agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after the session. You understand that you may stop, pause, or modify your participation at any time.

If emotional material arises that requires additional support, you agree to seek appropriate professional care.

Health Considerations

Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone.

You agree to consult a qualified healthcare provider prior to participating if you have any medical or psychological concerns.

Participation is not recommended without medical clearance if you have:

• Severe mental health conditions
• Cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Recent major surgery or injury
• Glaucoma
• First trimester of pregnancy

No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

These workshops are educational and experiential in nature and are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or clinical care.

Ingunn Ytterhus does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical or psychological treatment.

Liability Waiver

You release and discharge Ingunn Ytterhus from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your voluntary participation in this workshop.

You accept full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or interpretations you make as a result of your participation.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by the facilitator.

Recording & Intellectual Property

This session may be recorded and made available to registered participants for a limited time.

All recordings and materials remain the intellectual property of Ingunn Ytterhus and may not be downloaded, shared, reproduced, or redistributed.

Confidentiality

Participants are invited to respect the privacy of others in the group. Any personal sharing during the session should remain confidential.
