Guided Breathwork Meditation Journey

A fully guided Breathwork meditation experience to bring your body and mind back into balance.

Learn and practice how to slow down your thoughts, release dependency on your rational mind, detach yourself from fear-based living, and turn inward, to your body and your own inner wisdom and guidance so that you can discover the places where you’ve handed over your power and energy and reclaim it as yours again.

You will leave feeling more grounded, confident, and empowered.

Before you dive in

Throughout the entire session, you will be laying down, so it’s highly recommended you create the most comfortable environment for yourself. I suggest using pillows to support your head and neck, as well as your knees and back. To further induce our state of relaxation, feel free to bring a blanket to keep close by in case you get cold, as well as an eye pillow, scarf, or a sweater to cover your eyes to block out any light or distractions, and maybe even something to drink in case you get thirsty. I highly recommend keeping a journal nearby after the session for you to process and integrate what you experienced.

We will begin the session with a short introduction and intention setting. I will teach you the conscious connected breathing pattern which you will be practicing for the first part of our session, and we will make ourselves comfortable so the session can begin. In the first part of the session we will focus on our breathing, the second part of the session you will continue to relax while I guide you through a relaxing visualisation meditation.

Listening time: approx. 50 min
