Breathwork is like a journey home, home to who you really are. Out of all the thoughts and stories and back to the body and your own inner wisdom. This is your invitation to actively meet yourself where you are and take a step closer to your authentic self.

Welcome to an intimate and transformative Breathwork experience into the power and mysteries of your breath and body.


ABOUT THE EVENT

In this session, we will work on strengthening our relationship with our own body and inner wisdom. We start the session with a short conversation about what we are here to do together, and what you can expect and possibly experience before you are guided inward through various body-based practices followed by an active and powerful breathwork experience.

This is an opportunity to come together and connect with like-minded on a healing journey, and be in a much-needed supportive and caring environment created for transformation.

Open to anyone and everyone who is open to this type of experience. However, if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, have cardiovascular problems, or are taking antipsychotic medication, please consult your doctor first.

ABOUT THE SPECIFIC TECHNIQUE

This specific Breathwork pattern is an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear stuck energy in the body and mind. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a portal for deeper personal connection and healing. We end the class with reflection and integration. Throughout the event, you will be encouraged to work with and listen to your own body, and Ingunn will also invite you along the way to listen more deeply.

THINGS WORTH NOTING BEFORE ATTENDING

This is a workshop that is open to anyone and everyone who is open to this type of experience. However, if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, have cardiovascular problems, or are taking antipsychotic medication, please consult your doctor first. It is not recommended to eat a heavy meal at least one hour before attending class. Please refrain from any mind-altering substances within the last 24 hours of attending the workshop.
